All the spare parts for our bicycles are available and kept at our factory in Lyon, to meet the need for after-sales service and reparability, even after many years of use.
Our core business is the design, production and assembly of bicycles. We’ve decided to entrust sales and maintenance to professionals in the cycling world, to bring you the very best product expertise, as well as a local after-sales and repair centre.
As guarantors of the quality of the design and assembly of our bikes before they are sold, we are committed to the durability of our products: 5-year warranty on the frame and 2-year warranty on the entire electrical system of the bike.
